This scenario makes more sense to me:
Eddy guy attended the mbuzi and introduced himself as F&F because he did not want people to know his actual Wazua handle. Same way Impunity may want to pass off as Magigi so that people might think he has a big pinetree instead of a toothpick size. Which makes a lot of sense. He somehow convinced McReggae and Wendz that he was indeed F&F. Maybe the two can tell us whether their knowing of Eddy as F&F was taken at face value or they interrogated that fact.
Months later F&F decided to live his online fantasy of being rich and dying and posted a lie.
Coincidentally Wendz thinks it is Eddy as the latter is also dying. So either Wendz never informed Eddy about the F&F post and lied to Wazuans about it or she asked him and he figured 'why not' and claimed ownership to the lie.
Wendz's and McReggae's respective knowledge (which was untrue but were honestly believed to be true by the two) of Eddy as F&F fed on each other and being trusted Wazuans people believed them and contributed.
If the above is right then:
1. F&F is and was not Eddy;
2. Eddy was a Wazuan; and
3. People contributed to a Wazuan (regardless of the fact that he wasn't F&F).
Due to the above and given that we can all agree that Wendz never had any interest in conning Wazuans and to the best of my knowledge has never done so, then those who contributed should not regret contributing. Infact I never contributed coz I thought that Eddy was F&F and never liked how he 'lied'. If I had known that Eddy was not F&F but was a Wazuan I would have contributed.
