If only u waited abit, its at 12 now
That is a lie at 10.01am Liar Liar Liar Your broker is conning you! He probably wants you to panic & sell.

I got out immediately after those workers went to court, If it gets to 8/- i might reconsider getting in. And it was trading at 12.65
LOL, 200 at 12.65 does not make any difference! And not even close to 12. As for 8, keep on waiting!

Lolest 200 pia ni mali ya mtu
Kweli Laughing out loudly but I do not think it matters in the grand scheme for Puma unless we have 1,000,000 buyers x 200 shares!

Applause Applause Applause No 12 in sight. I also think there are 'hidden' buyers with large orders who will jump in at below 13.

A positive I can draw from all this, is that we wont have to wait long for the deal now. Once this workers court case is determined, I don't think there is much else they will be waiting for since everything is out there for the public now, the price is now lower(maybe this is what they wanted)
The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

@Aguytrying, what will have happened to fair value price? remember at the time they were talking of fair value they knew the expected loss... and this was transparent to Puma.

True. However we do not know the strike price. The market (except you of course smile ) would be now more willing now to accept a lower price than before. Just a theory on their mind games.

The loss is real. I would not be surprised if Puma knock off 1-2 off the original offer.

Fear and greed.... its NB's associated firm thats a key player in the transaction that mentioned the fair value and other independent research firms echoed the same, be sure they will go by this, with a premium
