I have to commend Kenyans for really marketing the Toyota Brand. Without running the risk of being branded as a badly-informed rumor monger, I have made the following observations [No statistical data available]:
1. Most of the chaps who owned the older edition of premio moved on up to buy the Xtrail (when it was a lot cheaper).
2. The Guys who owned the earlier edition of NZE, have all moved up to buy Toyota Wish. (Bigger Engine, Bigger hauling space)
3. This argument always boils down to who shouts loudest. The guys at Toyota perfected the art of shouting down their rivals, who may have superior products but very poor marketing strategy e.g Nissan, Honda, Subaru etc.
I have never seen anyone who buys a second NZE, after disposing off an older NZE. It is a cheap car to run, but a crap car to drive.--- My 2 cents.
