When BRITAK announced their half year results they had clearly stated they have disposed siginificant shareholding in both HFCK and Equity Bank and these step earned them around 1.2billion...this maybe one of the reason why there has always been a oversupply for HFCK and the share price has remained depressed.

Looking at its momentum, the share is headed back to 15's. its hard for people who know its value to ignore it at these levels The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

already bought a crisp grey suit with the final dividend :) now waitin for the KES 0.70 interim to check in. mwenye macho haambiwi tazama.. HF 90,000 ABP 3.83; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

Received and reinvested, here. Now waiting for the 2012 interim div to be paid in 2.5 weeks time

HFCK cartoon. So far the cartoon says it is a very poor performer - note the divergence between HFCK vs NSE20 on the 20 month chart. Very far from getting bullish. But I like the way it is under priced. The discount is very welcome $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

It is extremely underprised; soon or later the market will reaalise this and give it a good kick upwards.

Britak now known as Britam has been buying this stock like nothing, they now own about 21.3% of the firm compared to around 12.5% in 2010.
