Seems the judiciary has truly changed... Former Tourism PS Nabutola jailed for 4 yrs and ex KTB boss Ongonga handed 3 yrs for defrauding ministry of 8.9m

yeah its from senior principal magistrate Lucy Nyambura, I am yet to see the judgement The news are from capital twitter handle.
