For each day that you are in good health, be grateful - to your God,the universe,science or whatever. But let that be reason enough to give you a smile ...

Hospital beds give you quite a reality check. Man, people are suffering in there.

Amen to that. Give thanks for being able to do kawaida things in life like swallowing, breathing, peeing and even farting. There are some ugonjwas that can shika you and you wish you could give a million dollars just to be able to pee without incidence......Ask Nyong nyong.

Settled for Equator. Nursing service is good. Clean. Can't complain much but it would be advisable to have your own doctor since they do not have resident doctors and you have to wait for the limited specialists doing rounds in other hospitals.
Unfortunately we lost my mum early this morning to a late diagnosis of cervical cancer.
