Because they can. Wanjiku cannot withstand shock & awe. I expect this stock to behave like the bp stock during the oil spill. A huge shake out is coming and wanjikus will bailout as price bleeds.

This is higher than expected.... could be a case of creative accounting to make sure everyone sells in a rush when Puma puts forward their buy price.
They wanted a compulsory take over, it will be a voluntary sell off...call it arm twisting
