HFCK is turning out to be a good dividend payer and is a good investment in the long rum - time horizon of 5 years.

undervalued.

Can double in one year. If it does so, there would be no need of keeping for 5.

It will not be alone. Many may double in a year after a peaceful election + commercial viability of mafuta. At least that's how I see it...

If others double this could triple, cozits never rallied while the NSE has rallied >20%.

The new Land Laws worry me. HFCK lends (almost) exclusively to the Real Estate sector. The chances an unscrupulous borrower (& there are very many) will use the Land Laws to defer/hassle/defraud HFCK are high.

Until there are clarifications & Case Law to sort out these untested matters, HFCK is on shaky ground. The issue is not the new loans but the old loans that the new Land Laws retroactively bring under the new Land Laws.
Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett
