Shock and Panic at ICC as Witnesses Refuse to Testify.

Ngai wa Kirinyaga!!... if this is true,then people like Maina Kiai and his former deputy Omar at KNHRC,Prof.Makau Mutua and the so-called Civil Socities that provided names of the accused to ICC should be prosecuted for this Criminal Act of picking and coaching these hoax witnesses who cannot remember of what they were supposed to have witness four (4) years ago!

I smell a rat, the witnesses need a memory booster. Perhaps the ORHPM should now engineer a memory booster for him to stay on course.

This could be credible. Otherwise why is Bensouda asking for special permission from the court to talk to witnesses as reported in the newspapers?
