Jamii Bora Bank has introduced new commission sharing scheme with its customers who bring in referrals..apparently this is the first bank to try out this model in the world..website


The bank was to do a rights issue later on this year...anyone with more info on this..
Life and beer are very similar........chill for best results.

This is an innovative idea which if well implemented is likely to grow this small bank to a behemoth.
It is worth noting that a company like safaricom have grown this huge because of having agents who have been earning commissions from day one to indefinite. They tend to be very motivated agents and bring forth huge benefits.
