While i technically don't agree with Kenya's ranking in the list (Syria????). I have to say that UNTIL AFRICA AS A WHOLE MOVES ON....Our Efforts to clean up our country will never change the perception of Africans as a whole.

Very true, do you think they can put a mzungu country top of the list?

I'm thinking PIGS should be on that list. Yet Ireland is listed as "Most Stable". http://www.foreignpolicy...s_index_2012_interactive
