On September 10th Morgan Stanley upgraded this stock to overweight. Foreign buyers are coming in big on this one. Let's see if it hits 5 shillings where we bought it now it seems many eons ago.

Possibly they mean its time to dump it.

It's easy to find info nowadays with Google. No?
Same with overweight on Wikipedia.
