@Keraka got mixed up by the wazua lingo. It happens! I took a break from the net for a couple of days and when I came back, I found people liberally using the phrase "roofless green house" and I was totally lost. There was a thread by the title "Green House for Sale" which had like a million post and which I had not read but I new therein lay the "definition" for "roofless green house".

@Keraka - Simply apologize to @King. He will understand ni athari ya lugha ya kawaida vis-a-vis lugha ya wazau!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
