BBK's customer profile is very different from Equity's or DTBK.

Come to think of it, do DTBK clients need the agency banking model? This model has only been tried by Equity, KCB, Coop, Family and Post Bank. These 5 seem to be faring well

@maskana those reflecting if you didnt take are part of the un taken rights to be re-called and re-allocated to those who requested for additional shares.

So it looks like one can make a serious killing on lapsed rights!

@guru267, #post 28, True that. There is doe to made from the likes of @maskana

@maskana, truth be told, its now too late. Both the windows for selling or exercising your rights are closed. Fyi, the rights were very scarce and were trading at good premium (closed at KES 26). That gain is now taken by those who applied for additional rights. Too bad for you and your likes.

surely is too bad and there's no way i can justify why,as i had other options like selling mumia and taking up my rights.
may be its time to let someone manage.

They trade at the same price as the other shares. They are now part of the issued share capital. And will trade and treated as all other DTB shares

This is HUGE for DTBK (& KCB) - Almost every Nakumatt customer has a smartcard & will now 'convert' to a DTBK/KCB Mastercard customer

Please educate a novice. Does this mean that the total number of shares issued (shares outstanding) will go up past the projected 220,100,096 in the rights IM. If so, what will be the final outstanding shares?
