The case might be tricky,the judge presiding is new and all of you know what has been going on in the judiciary...The principle on injuctions also contains a principle called undertaking for damages,this guy is stopping a multi billion sh take over yet he is not giving an undertaking for damages.What if he looses the case who compensates Puma and Kenol?Most likely the companies will win...I have credible info that Kenol was advised to meet the workers they wanted to lay off and arrive at a settlement and they ignored,now look what is happening delays galore...
