mobilise the army if the police are helpless.crush the criminals to bloody powder if that is what will bring peace.

This has all the hallmarks of al shabab period. Thy've brought the war right here in our streets, this is a time for a state of emergency in Mombasa. Bring in KDF time for action everyone to take their side. Talk time is over.
