No wonder Directors and Senior Management provided undertaking not to off-load 35% (only!)of their shareholding for the 24 months after the listing.

Q2 2012 performance is clearly veeeery bad Vs Q1 2012 performance. However, it had a very good run in Q1 2012 that seems to cover up the bad Q2 2012 so that H1 2012 will look good when compared to H1 2011

I wish it gets to something like kshs 2/= per share so I could buy many of them coz most definitely they will someday go up beyond 4/= regardless.

Coop has 4 subsidiaries and only 1 associate (CIC). Check page 2 of coop 2011 annual report to see the subsidiaries and page 87 to see investment in associate.
