I really dont understand all the fuss by muslim politicians Aden Dualle and Billow Kerrow about the anti-terrorism bill.

"Section 31 (1) the Inspector General can seize any property which he believes has been used or will be used to commit an act of terror. The police can detain such property for a period of 60 days but the order can be renewed for a further two months or until such a time that it is produced in a court as evidence."

Kenyans as well as foreigners who commit acts of terror outside the national boundaries but which injure Kenyan citizens will also be subject of the proposed law.
