Losing a job to a friend who you have just recommended for a job sucks..B!tC**z.i hate to use the word but i pity the lady,sometime you want to help your friends and they sneek behind your back and before you know it.They have your job. Those who follow the crowd usually get lost in it

I feel you,and yes it sucks big time!Me thinks she/he is not a friend.Beware of them ,i have seen a similar thing,one couldnt handle it ,they resigned!! i hope all is well wherever they went!

Pole sana to your friend, and about jobs, its very important to be open minded. Unless you own a controlling stake in the organization you work for be celebrating the promotion and at the same time asking yourself what next after leaving this organization.

I have heard such incidents before and majority of them don't last in those positions.

It's a journey in this thing called life. Trust me stuff make one strong. If she was honest and did her work well she need not to worry cz nothing good ever goes to waste. "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.

Thats what I thought, there is no other way to explain, she or he is more productive than you're no hard feeling, jobs are not, you like me I like you thing, it is who is the most productive person. So congratulate your friend and move on. Unless you mean you lost your husband to a friend otherwise grow up, in real world there is real competition and the best win.....
