Buying land from my first cousin (back in a town where I come from), complete with 3-bedroom permanent house and a store. He was living there before moving out to new acquired land nearby.
When he eventually informed me that he had moved out, I went there to tidy up my new property, ready to have a caretaker, who would look after the house as I'm away in Nairobi, only to find a totally new person occupying the place. Complete with his wife and children and family car!!!

I took up the case, which has never ended to date, but clearly I was conned... It turned out that my cousin did not clear with the previous owner, and the "owner" took back the house and refunded my cousin his money and resold the plot and house!!!

I'm still chasing him for my money to date...

offshore stocks. I think the broker was a conman cz he built a house after blaming the dollar.

Yeah! Man everytime I think about it, it sucks more.... but you know there are those times you just want to land and it doesn't matter how much it cost and that was those times! But you know all these airports are all the same, runway is runway, JFK or Kisumu airport, they're all runways, yea the could be a few pothole in Kisumu but still it is a runway!

The cost isn't too much. That's what 'escorts' in Europe charge for 1hr landing service.
