I can't wait for the harmonization of the companies & CMA acts... Some of these directors need to experience 10 year suspensions before they learn...

Its really sad to see rules being blatantly broken especially by someone whose meant to be an example to other CEO,s and also be a front runner in deepening our financial markets...very sad indeed.

Hehehe, they did... a slap on the wrist coupled with a stern warning will suffice enough!!! CMA, it'd appear, were caught between a rock & a hard place... one, they'd to enforce a law they'd otherwise have wished not to if Mworia wasn't busy sucking his thumb. Two, slapping him (Centum) with a small fine ensures that they don't place a noose around his neck.

From 14.7,luckily i offloaded at 13.95 immediately after Mworia's misdemeanor

What do you mean !!!
A day prior to the release it was trading at 14.50

Now what am seeing is serious offloading!Sellers eager to get out!
No concrete support even at 11.Am not sure if averaging works on this one!

Capitulation is on... I wonder how many have noticed that Centum is posting a lower low than in Nov 2011 when the NSE tested 3070 as it completed its nosedive for 2011. That is not a good sign which is similar to KQ's behaviour. Hold on tight. It's going to get ugly! Mr Market don't take prisoners!

What a bad move by a CEO can do to a firm. If he had told us he was selling, no 'hiding' the low profits, etc ... perhaps we would have taken it in stride. Now we want to bail.

Or perhaps the market wants to start viewing it as an investment company, with valuations similar to insurance companies, i.e. a P/E of 5, meaning lots of downside
