This is to gladly inform you we have received your Bralirwa Final dividend payment of 16.90 RwF per share, subject to 5% withholding tax in respect to the financial year ended December 31st 2012.

so who's cashing these rwandese cheques above 10k?? KCB says they cant touch cheques above 10'000kenyanese my bank NBK,EB are hesitant (Last experience with NBK had me getting my chums after 5 months... help!
