Its really sad to see rules being blatantly broken especially by someone whose meant to be an example to other CEO,s and also be a front runner in deepening our financial markets...very sad indeed.

Hehehe, they did... a slap on the wrist coupled with a stern warning will suffice enough!!! CMA, it'd appear, were caught between a rock & a hard place... one, they'd to enforce a law they'd otherwise have wished not to if Mworia wasn't busy sucking his thumb. Two, slapping him (Centum) with a small fine ensures that they don't place a noose around his neck.
