Procurement specialists, entreprenuers help on tenders

need some advice from procurement specialists. We just started a supplies business and wondering how do we navigate this areas when trying to apply for tenders given that we have not been in operation for long.

1. list of ongoing contracts and projects
2. Supply service experience
3. Summary of audited/certified financial statements
5. Names of top five clients and value in the last five years

will be glad to learn from those who have been there how to start off with this rigid requirements

@Lemiso.
I advise you start small and move into tendering once you are established.The way to go is to develop a raport with the procurement officers in government Ministries and agencies.That way they can be giving you LPO's which you can service, of course after taking care of their "interests".The trust you build will count when you start tendering.
