What happens if you own a plot(not developed and lying fallow) in Syokimau in regard to the ongoing CCN rate payment madness?
Is Syokimau under CCN ama Syokimau sio Kenya?
Please advice.

@imp,enda athi river town,uliza mavoko kanjo iko wapi..ukifika hapo ask all the questions you want.BTW dont be suprised that they dont know you owe them anything......
