Plots just next to Enkasiti primary are going from 1.5m for a quarter. There even guys (Old Man properties) who were selling, sometimes back, there at 2m. If not far from there, i think its a good deal

Anyone with information on the plots around The East African University in Kitengela? And how real is this university anyway? There are plots on offer there. Good investment for student hostels but the colle looks dead.

Bordering the university. 1/8th for 600k. Selling point is the proximity to the university. Been there once and not too conversant with the area.

@TiggerTiggy - If you can just buy.
All other places from Kitengela centre on your left hand side towards kajiado ie. Chuna, Yukos, Muigai.. has developed so fast. The place btn Muigai and Boulders hotel too has so many development taking place including New World Gardens estate(4-bdroom for 9.5m), A factory for building materials, and the Boston Estate(122 4-bedroom maisonattes under development - i drove past there last sunday and the work has started). Only a small portion there after Boulders that is not developed. (I can't tell the owner). Then there is this road (the Old Kajiado rd where it closes the Namanga rd to the Kimalat area. Bett's home is in this area. Move south and there is an area sellers call Uni-center (www.premier-realty.co.ke) a perception that buyers may put up hostels for students. Close a river and there is this east africa univer... former Saleka.
Of all this areas, take about 700m or say 1km inwards from Namanga rd and the prices is not less than Kshs. 1m for an 1/8 acre.

In Dec. 2010, the plots behide Boulders were selling at 900,000 per 1/4 acre.

So just buy now and you will not regret
