The employees would have been fired either way. It seems they were caught with their hand in the till.

And panic may start taking a toll on this counter if the dilemma persists.

The way i read it, is that these guys have too many large buy orders for KK at lower prices and they have to push panic buttons for guys to sell remember they are in business to earn commissions.
When the takeover is confirmed there will be no commission for them in KK.... thats what i read between the lines in their recommendations on KK.

Employment is never permanent. Employees will always look for someone to blame, but business is business. Look to own the company not work for it if you succeed you wont depend on a salary. I feel sorry for them, but these kind of things always happen.

If for some reason the 3 win the case and no is fired, can you imagine the bad blood between them and management..... just imagine the mistreatment they will receive thereafter....it might also lead to their termination on flimsy grounds hence loosing all their benefits.....while i feel for them at a personal level business has no such feelings, they need to learn to move on silently.....

Not sure that is a plus! You might have a piece of paper that is backed by another piece of paper backed by another piece of paper backed by jirongo.

Sib revised KK fair value downwards (-1.3%) to KES 17/- in March. The share was trading at c11/- at the time so the upside potential was >50% and therefore they stamped a buy recommendation. A profit warning was issued in June but they have shyed from attaching updated fair value to KK.

Dyer and Blair in April gave KK a fair value of 15.80.

Disturbing thing is that NAV of KK remains far below 10 bob however much one trys to estimate upwards the current value of the Property, plant and equipment.
