Its a mortgage lender. They cant exactly liquidate their assets if need be, and mortgage markets are not smooth roads

They dont need to liquidate their assets coz they are a going concern. They actually need to keep growing the assets by to tapping into the good property business engineered by the high house demand in kenya. The country will be in a housing boom for a very very long time to come #Watch this space
