Poleni sana. It is unclear why the choppers had to change course and fly South East towards windward side of Mt Kenya, instead of staying on leeward side. That said, my apologies to the affected soldiers.

I also withdraw my previous statements in view of new info coming through.

It's very sad to lose the three mi 24s. Those are some of the most versatile attack helis ever built, very apt for hot n dusty conditions of somalia and an unmatchable firepower. While some fellows celebrate, it is a huge blow to the Kismayo war effort. Sad n pole to our ugandan brothers.
