Forward PE should be much lower than 10 possibly between 4 and 5 based on these half year figures. How do you arrive at 10??

1. A 30% dilution offered at 23% discount? What kind of math is that??? The new shares can only achieve same EPS if offered at 30% discount = shs 29.7

2. The existing shareholders are screwed anyway! New price = shs 29.7
