Want to start a milk vending business and distributing, any idea on how to start it, what is required like licences and facilities. I got a small saloon car guess some jerrycans can fit in the boot.

Just so you know, KDB doesn't approve those plastic jellycans.
All the necessary licensing can be obtained at KDB. And I think also a good health certificate is also needed.

Well ave been seeing many pple vend the milk or supply it using plastic jerricans and infact transport it in matatus. So where does KDB come in in this matter. 90% of the milk hawked in kenya is done without license or any KDB permits

In your position I would look for medium to big end users, like hotels who can buy 5-10 or more litres per day.
