I understand there is a village somewhere [where the councillor was rewarding those who marry and get a child] where there are only three sober men who are also in the church choir. Apparently they are in huge demand because they are the only men who can land in the whole village!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
