Anything Jakom says happens but only in certain quarters. Where they dont argue, they dont question. Even when it is spelt out for them in black and white. In 588 pages.
Jakom anapanda ngazi kutoka juu. Afanye mambo ya nguvu Kibera kwanza na atangaze visible results. Not always 'plans' and making announcements that he thinks will excite the diaspora na wazungu. But he has been covered in an international paper, that's good enough for his ego. I can bet my salary ya last month, this was just a euphoric bluff and he has forgotten all about it.
