he means the ma3 's on those routes are supposed to remove their graffiti and multi colours. Well. Am yet to witness an accident caused by multi colours and graffiti.

you know,the police to civilian ratio,which is supposed to be 1:400 but here its like 1:2000 although with the kind of apathy our police display its more like 1:5000.

@ murenj. I bet you there is no accident caused by such stuff. Anyway,even Michuki couldn't do that. When all other mathrees were one coloured,Buru mats still had their thing. I think this is just talk when someone new wants to chokoza the matatu industry.
