the message from police is clear! NEVER ASSIST ANYONE ON THE ROAD IN CASE OF ACCIDENT! sounds crooked, here are some basics. call for medical assistance/ ambulances immediately. one rule when assisting accident victims is that your safety is most important. Don't go touching blood <if any> without gloves....also ensure you are safe from other road users, don't just go to the middle of the road to rescue, there are mad drivers. second, lay the victims on a flat ground, make sure their air passage is clear, if possible, they should lie on their side, with the head slightly tilted backwards... if there are silent victims, start with them. .. at least those screaming are conscious. Ill add later if possible stop the bleeding. Most accident victims die because of loss of blood. Lord, thank you!
