Yeah pliz give us a recap of what he said? And who is he?
It just occured to me that the refinery is in Mombasa, plus most of this oil I'm assuming will be sold to China. So the companies closer to Mombasa will have lower overhead costs in the long run as far as transportation costs. Anadarko, Apache,DGAK are all on the Coastline. So it looks like Camac energy may be a great play coz its assets are also on the coastline and offshore.Only time will tell.

@murchr - I've noted that very few people have time to watch or listen to videos. This FB and twitter age is bad stuff since everyone wants instant info without going through stuff...

Anyway one only needs to listen to this video between minute 8 and 9. Just one minute of priceless info... smile

@murchr - I think a rig was deployed there back in June.

$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

Hisah.

While the likelihood of discovering oil around Lake Victoria is high one cannot conclusively say what he is saying without drilling. I think he is just excited.

Thank you, didnt think you'd actually give a recap. And no, reading is easier coz you can skim through sometimes in less than a minute, just reading the important parts. But speeches, you are forced to listen to everything! So do we have a deal ukuwe ukiweka recap??LOL
See the most important part of that speech is having a pipeline and refinery in UG, wow that changes everything!! Thanks
