i got really shocked when i listened to Caro Mutoko@kiss this morning.
She and Jalang were going on about how there are revelations of how people were voting for the Tusker project fame finalists.Some of you here in wazua also wondered how come Doreen was one of the finalists.....EVEN JUGDE IAN ATTESTED TO IT ON RADIO!
Well,i had not given it much thought but it turns out that Kenyans(mostly youth) were voting tribal!,or maybe so and so is in my school,is my friend,is my cousins girl friend blah blah blah.Not voting because so and so sang well,or has talent .Well depicting how tribalism is and will continue dragging us behind thro the years.Our visison is no vision if as the youth are still focused on our tribes.The General elections are just about and i am waiting to see how stupidly we are going to vote along our ethnic lines,then we and our children are going to be backwards for a very looooooooong time.!How can we wake up from our stupidity,someone?

Umetumwa na nani? complaints complaints on "how we do this and that... how we cant do this and that..." kwani you expected Doreen to be voted by martians?

...Mbili heard the story on radio and he/she shared the same with us.i didnt/ and i don't listen to kiss fm.
....so carol should be the main focus for spreading rumuors.this unsubstantiated claims on national radio are what almost burnt Kenya.....kupayuka fwaaaaa.......worst is that she almost became chairman of a board!!!!

i don't think the youth are tribal. hizo ni porojo tu za Mutoko. The probelm is the voting system. Most countries will tend to vote their own so they need to apply some statistics and stratify the results based on country represenation otherwise a kenyan will always win.
