Hi all,
Because so many African stocks are banks, I've begun a series of posts that examines different tools investors can use when analyzing them.
The first article focuses on the efficiency ratio and ranks each of the ten bank stocks accordingly.

keep em coming ryan. i didnt know kcb is closing in on equity on that front.

Its quite commendable that the cost management measures at KCB have enabled it to achieve an efficiency ratio that is close to that of Equity. With the continued application of the cost management measures, KCB will surely surpass Equity on this metric.

I have
updated the chart
to reflect NBK's most recent results. The efficiency ratio deteriorated from 68.8% to 71.4%.
@ PKoli: Good suggestion on the trend. Will work on that.
