Some sales agent convinced me to take up a policy with PanAfrica Life but 3 years later, I am regretting the decision.
They promise some form of credit after 3 yrs but when I went to them I was surprised to find my statement amount was much less than my actual contribution. I was assured this was a small issue that would be quickly resolved but 1yr down the line I am hassling to n from their offices without any help. I have produced all the evidence of deductions to them but they still won't resolve my issue. At some point, and at the height of my frustrations, some manager even offered me another policy! Ihave since suspended my account but my money is stuck there in a 15 year policy...with wrong figures and nobody willing to act. The last time I called, yet another manager faulted me for her inaction for having not reminded her! Worse than a gava office.
I want to throw up when I see their ads on tv.
Any agent or'manager' in the house who actually works? Or just advice...am sure I got some rights ...

the only insurance that may be helpful is medical and accident. the rest is just fraud given that in most if not all cases material facts are not disclosed by the agents

Took out a policy with them which I cancelled after a few months, cut my losses, and discovered better ways through Wazua to spend my money. You may not comfortably do that though cos 3 years contribution might be too much. Pay them a visit and insist on seeing the senior most manager. Wish you well.
