Why does Safaricom ask clients to redeem bonga points for a phone that they cannot afford. For 30,000 bonga points, they offer Samsung galaxy phone, yet when u go to redeem they say the phones r out of stock! Why then do u put it on offer if it is out of stock? Do not market yourself for what u do not have or cannot afford to offer!
