Following a recent switch to a new information system intended to enhance our customer service, we experienced a few communication hitches with some of our medical providers.

We resolved all issues with the Aga khan University Hospital and their satellite clinics. Our clients can now access treatment at all their provider points.

I'm about to get into uap medical cover have they sorted out these issues?
any other company where I can get cheaper cover for main hospitals
3m inpatient cover is 44000/- for principal and 1 under 18
option of 20k add premium for 60k outpatient cover

they have too many hidden conditions in their cover. Please read through otherwise you will be covered for 3m but in essense you can only utilise 200k. Please let them take you through all exemptions and their meaning.once I asked a cashierat the Nrb hosp, which is the most straight forward medical insurance and they told me with AAR, there are never any hidden conditions.my 2 cents

AAR is the only medical insurance that you will never regret having.

I strongly agree! AAR is very good en even when ur admitted, they come over to process the discharge very fast! U never kept waiting ati because AAR have not confirmed or submitted papers. they act pap!
