Who the hell is mutula? does he have girl children in high school, so if the boys ask to sag their trousers mpaka kwa magoti he will accept that too??? CRAP!!

......mutura is a disgrace.

.....the skirt in school should never be above the knee(i are not saying it should reach the ankle)

......my daughter this morning listening to the news was like,"seriously",i didnt answer her because i exercised restraint from my thoughts of mutura!
