I think you're an intelligent person. And if you took more time to read other what you have not read before and understand:
1. The sun and the moon each follow a law which they do not go outside that law. 1,400 years was this known? (Quran 21:33; 36:40)
- sun is in orbit, could be have been known 1400 years
- moon is in tis own orbit around the earth and earth goes round the sun.
2. Everything was created from water. Scientists have proven that every living element that exists come from water. (Quran 21:30)
- The whole found inside the earth, on the earth, to outside the earth is depended upon made from water.
- Could this have been known 1400 years ago?
3. Human being created from hanging clot - Embryologist tell us now when sperm penetrates the egg, the egg then embeds itself on uterus and forms a clot then it hangs.
- That thing start the creation of human being... ambilical code. (Quran 23:13-14; Quran 32:9)
- But the first known illustration of a fetus in the uterus was drawn by Leonardo da Vinci in the 15th century.
- Could any of this have been known in the sixth-century? Could they have a way to look inside?

There are two bodies of water, one sweet to taste and the other salty and bitter. These are rivers and oceans.
- Between them, there is a barrier, which they do not cross.
