Relatively low volumes have been trading though. I see more demand coming in at the low prices and this will push back the price to around 16. i see a possible dip below 15.00, unless something excites A huge supply came towards the end of trading, with a volume of over 900,000 KK on offer. Earlier, a block of 660k was sold at 15. A guy might be correct in your prediction. Also means whatever is on sale is getting picked up. Someone has been waiting for low hanging fruits. This week might be defining moment for KK

Unfortunately, I don't have the cash. on friday, KK was the largest mover of the day accounting for 16% of trades, with foreign investors being on the selling side of the counter with 90.3%, as locals bought into the takeover target. This one I've been monitoring ever since CFC investment team issued a sell reco against the rest...$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

hisah, I'm seeing a volume of only 73k with demand at 15 as at 2.27 p.m. And if CFC were really serious, they should have issued a research note to go with telephone calls. Did they? GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

Big demand is currently at 14.80 and below. As for supply, it is very thin upto 15.95 at the moment Nothing to do but wait for the end of due diligence. Only then shall we know the way forward... GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

Volume for today - 1,377,900, VWAP = 14.85. CFC did issue a research note. But the balls they got to call the opposite of the tide! $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

Today, foreigners were again active on the sell side. Talk of profit taking because the counter is over 50% up this year. And the silence from KK house must be unsettling the foreigners ... or do the foreigners know something that we dont?

The government was kept in the dark over the impending takeover of KenolKobil by Puma Energy of Switzerland, putting at risk the interest of minority shareholders, workers and creditors. “We read in the papers of their-Puma-intentions to take over KenolKobil,” said Mr Nyoike. http://www.businessdaily.../-/qhxd9yz/-/index.html
Nyoike probably wanted to be informed beforehand so that he dashes to the market and buy. GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

Nyoike probably wanted to be informed beforehand so that he dashes to the market and buy. What is the crooked fool talking about? The information that Puma is taking over BP Zambia (which is irrelevant to Puma/KK's deal) has been in the news for ages. In addition, BP/Puma Zambia has been releasing Statements to Zambia's LuSE, SEC & shareholders for over 1 year. I agree with @youcant re: nyoike Greedy when others are fearful.
