Just liquidate the 200k, do what you can and move into an incomplete house. Many have done it before. You can always work on the remaining bit at your own pace.

Alternatively, get in touch with Orengo (he of "what is wrong with Jim?' fame) and sell one of his suits at a discount. Throw in a a few shirts and belts and you can furnish the house.

You should have come up with something creative, like... Jason Hill passed away therefore we need a fundraiser as Wazua family, that one would have given you atleast Kshs 3,500. Good luck finding anyone to loan you anything!

This one has been overdone (Killed) by Lunjes (Not that other tribes/communities don't do it). Some have "killed" almost all their relatives so as to get off days to go shags for some event.
