Way after the polls. If there is a re-run, some guy might be missing in the campaigns. It will be a long 10months for Muthaura.

Double edged sword. Ms Bensouda will be compiling and evaluating evidence,...might add few more charges and also plug leaks in the current ones. These politicians of ours will get distracted with the campaigning, then when they present themselves for trial, they might find themselves staring at a much tighter case. We wait and see

How will sympathy vote affect this? We may end up just with an El-Bashir, Kenyans are peculiar in their voting patterns. Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

Since there is some difficult in getting Unye elected after Baks, why not have a 'project' who will not cooperate with ICC? The project will then live the seat to Unye and he can spend the next 20 years a fugitive!! As prezo, Unye will then have 'project no 2' and the cycle continues Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

ICC is being accused of targeting only Africans. Because of that, AU want to create an African court and bring the African cases from ICC to this AU court. I am wondering if the AU court for African matters will continue targeting Africans.

That is what is called wishful thinking. Things have changed and the way it is going, elections will be derailed beyond March 2012. Some bugger has just gone to the costitutional court to have yesterday's rulling on boundaries interprated for him. That ICC group are between a rock and a hard place. And have you seen how thier campaigns have been lucklustre of late coz they cant attack AOR and get away with it. Things are thick na sio hideskin. Thieves

Once they have the cases, they will expedit by dismissing the same, then the court will be disbanded "Never regret, if its good, its wonderful. If its bad, its experience."

On Todays Cheche, a question was raised about the selection of these two dates.....Were they changed to wait for the incumbent prezzo to vacate office and then institute charges against him?
