Do your cost benefit analysis and make a decision, remember if he is what you say he is then your life is on the line... do you have a family? yes... think of them... just move he will find his match, (i hear its called karma in some religion) you dont need the trouble, more so the cost and time involved in seeking your rights...

Whatever you do,report the matter to any police station near you. If anything happens to you,he will have to sweat his way out. They are not as powerful as we might think.
