Possibly 6-7 during the first day, corresponding to 120-140 pre-split price. @PKoli if my memory serves me right the pre split price was 70-80... This actually corresponds with 3.5-4bob.. I dont expect it above 5bob on the first day! @5 on 1st trading day would mean a 42% gain?! Unless they've discovered oil... But the market being a place of irrational emotions anything goes.$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

At Kes3.50-Kes4.50 I would be a buyer...but sadly folks won't let me in @ that price...this thing might go the CFCI way I.e gain +100% and then hit by massive profit taking...

Generally, there is no much free float, but after the frenzy of initial listing is over, you might get some shares. You cant believe how much I bought this stock..KES 22.5(1 bob now)during the initial offer. CIC guys were begging us to buy..

It's your time to eat. I wouldn't be surprised by a price above 5.00 bob. it looks "cheap" due to the low numerical value. The market may really push this one up beyond our estimates. @Aguy, Wazua, then stockskenya has always been educative. I get mesmerised at how guys are able to analyse all types of investments and the way they share the info is really encouraging. I did not have many followers for CIC though. At my place of work, outside where CIC had set-up a desk for 1st placement, I only managed to get one follower. Later, one guy was so impressed that during second placement he bought about 200,000 shares. He now owns over 4millions shares. I am sure if the stock will trade above 5 bob, he will smile like the deal..

Hon Wazuans (Professionals)
Given EPS, PE, DPS and NAV, how do you determine the real value of a share to know whether it is over-valued or undervalued. For example:
EPS = 0.268 PE= 13 DPS= 1.5 NAV= 2
Q1. What is the right market value of this share? q2. Is it over/under valued if market value is Ksh.10?
Pls clarify

Pls clarify EPS 0.268 na DPS 1.5? Kwani this company is taking loans to pay dividends? I would avoid;-) GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE
