True this is now too common and very noticeable in Tusker and WhiteCup brands.EABL has not seen it adequate to address and assure the fellow customers of their safety and thus speculations are bound to spin.Yesterday heard our local connoisseur aka "Rhoda"-She of the Whispers fame allude that the beer is "coming straight from EABL storage....as in very fresh with no time to cool" as thus the kuchemka!

someone is taking us for a ride and the sooner SAB miller opens shop in kenya the better. Even though the SAB miller products are in the country, the prices are not very inviting due to importation and transport charges, we need a plant similar to the one previously done by castle.

The EABL monopoly should be killed and with now the alleged adulteration of our frothy water to include sub standard ingredients other than barley, hops and water.

We as beer drinkers will not accept any sorghum or millet in our drinks !!

Kind regards,
A Drinker allergic to sorghum and millet in beer.

I dont drink but what I know is when that truck delivers the frothy drink the bar owners/receivers shake them to see if they are flat....so combined with the truck movement its quite possible the rising is caused by the shaking of the bottle.

When a piece of glass is in the bottle or if the bottle has cracked the beer might also rise uncontrollably.

EABL aren't serious about maintaining the taste of Tusker. I guess they assume the majority of its drinkers just want to get drunk so won't care about the ingredients. This is why I want to buy my own brewing kit so I make my own beer. Drool

Wacha phangi. You know how much time it would take to shake each and every beer bottle for any popular Nairobi pub?

From the time my friends in EABL told me that only beer for export goes through the quality control and audit and that for local consumption does not go through the same checks, I switched to summit - It is still yet to let me down. Im glad a few more people are noticing the dropping standards.
