If traffic is your main problem, consider downloading some audio books or language learning programs to kill time.

For fitness, try buying ankle weights to walk around the office with. It's exhausting!

After looking at my laptop and being in the office for more than 8 straight hours... I certainly need a break...(I do my personal reading very early in the morning when I get to the office).. I want to use the time (not really looking to kill time) I sit on uhuru highway working out in nairobi west...Then head to tao when the traffic has eased.

Anyone from Nairobi west in here???

people make the mistake of using the treadmill at 0 incline which is waste of time you must push the body to its limit by alternating speeds and inclines ie if u are using life&fitness treadmill select mode random then minimum incline for guys should be at least 5 and speeds of between 7-15 ans speed burst of 60 seconds intervals. ????@TD what incline do you use. The traedmill is where u go to work your a** off no to listen to the ipod, if u can still manage to speak to the guy next to u then you are not pushing your body to its limit u should be gasping for a breath and work out 20-25min of intense speedworks not 30min listening to music. fyi i was 95kgin jan am 84 now(6'1) i do 25min treadmill/skipping rope and then 40min strength training. no red meat, brown bread,lots of traditional vegs. The pot is gone and the biceps and pecs are making faces turn
